How did Red Hill Fresh start?
Red Hill Fresh was established in September 2010 by Bec Edwards & her family. Her husband has been a fruit grower for many years, the 4th generation of his family to carry on this tradition at Red Hill.  The family farm has practiced Organic farming methods for quite some time and is Certified Organic through NASSA.
Becâs family knew that organic food really did taste much better and, since converting, had never looked back. She says it was one of the best choices they had ever made – we knew our health & wellbeing had improved.
With the growth and challenges of managing Eddieâs Cider and Red Hill Fresh, Bec decided to find a suitable party who could take the operations of Red Hill Fresh to the next level.
In November 2021, Red Hill Fresh operations relocated to a far larger space in Carrum Downs, Victoria, to continue our tremendous growth. Jayson and his young family have now taken over the operations of Red Hill Fresh.  Whilst a change in ownership has taken place, all our fantastic, reliable supply sources continue, unchanged.
