Returns/Credits Policy
It is our aim to only provide the freshest produce, we have quality control system in place for checking produce however, occasionally we may miss an item.
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our produce.
Red Hill Fresh offers a full credit for any produce that is not of the best quality. We ask customers to inform us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. If possible we will replace that item in your next order or we will issue you with a store credit to use on your next shop.
If item/s are not available and the value is under $10, we will substitute the value of that item/s with extra Fruit & Veg.
If the value of the item not available is over $10 we will issue you a store credit of the same value.
If the value of the item not available is over $50 we will credit your nominated credit card.
If you have had an item delivered that was substituted in your order and you weren’t satisfied with it, we are happy to issue a refund. You will need to personally arrange return of the item in original unopened condition or return the item on your next delivery. Please contact us prior to returning goods.
Gift Vouchers/Boxes
Red Hill Fresh Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
