How Did Red Hill Fresh Start?
Red Hill Fresh was established in September 2010 by Bec Edwards and her family. Her husband has been a fruit grower for many years and is the fourth generation of his family to carry on this tradition at Red Hill.
The family farm has practised organic farming methods for quite some time and is Certified Organic through NASSA.
Bec’s family knew that organic food really did taste much better. Since converting, they have never looked back. She says it was one of the best choices they had ever made. They knew their health and well-being had improved.
Growth and Transition
With the growth and challenges of managing Eddie’s Cider and Red Hill Fresh, Bec decided to find a suitable party that could take the operations of Red Hill Fresh to the next level.
In November 2021, Red Hill Fresh operations relocated to a far larger space in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This move supported continued growth. Jayson and his young family have now taken over the operations of Red Hill Fresh.
While a change in ownership has taken place, all our fantastic and reliable supply sources continue unchanged.
